Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has scheduled
Computer based Test Examination for the Post of Assistant Compiler (Finance
Department) from 22.12.2021 to 12.01.2022 which has been going on smoothly as per schedule; and
2. Whereas, due to incessant rain and inclement weather conditions, it has been noticed that the percentage of candidates scheduled to take the CBT examination on 07.01.2022, has been relatively lesser compared to previous days; and
3. Whereas, the Board was approached by the candidates through various means conveying their inability to reach the examination Centres on scheduled time due to bad weather; and
4. Whereas, the matter was examined in the Board and it was felt expedient to review the scenario in view of the incessant rains and harsh weather conditions as an exceptional case not to be quoted as a precedent.
5. Now therefore, it is hereby notified for information of all such candidates who were scheduled to take CBT Examination for the post of Assistant Compiler (Finance Department) today on 07.01.2022, but could not reach Examinations venue(s) due to bad weather conditions, disruption of traffic etc. to submit a representation along with documentary proof, if any, in the offices of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection
Board, Channi Himmat, Jammu/ Zamzam Complex Rambagh Srinagar by or before 11-01-2022 enabling the Board to take a suitable decision in the case.
