Every Recruitment Process in J&K goes into the Court and aspirants becomes under depression choas and confusion

Claims to fill vacancies on a fast track basis proved to be baseless and hollow: Imran Farhat

RAMBAN: 19th day of June 2022. All J&K Youth Federation Incharge Chenab Valley, Imran Farhat expressed deep regret and concern over fake promise fast track recruitments in J&K. Every Recruitment Process in J&K goes into the Court and becomes unemployed aspirants becomes under depression choas and confusion. It’s a matter of great concern. Not only over the Lacs of aspirants preparing for the Government Jobs, the Court process puts a great burden on the Government exchequer as well. The outdated recruitment rules, the faulty contractual and need based schemes, the irregular recruitment processes ultimately result in the adjudication process thereby consuming a lot of Court’s time, the hard earned money of aspirants and the unnecessary burden on Government exchequer. Worthy Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha personally should look into the issue at the earliest.

He added that tall claims to fill vacancies in government institutions on fast track basis in Jammu and Kashmir are baseless, despite the registration of educated youth in the employment exchange, the government had failed to take any steps to eradicate unemployment in erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir.

He further said that each year a large number of employees retire from government offices after completing their service. No concrete action is being taken in Jammu and Kashmir to fill these gaps and that’s why unemployment ratio has been increasing day by day. The proportion of the population is increasing every year, but the manpower in government institutions is declining instead of increasing as a result, the common people are suffering. Projects are not being completed on time, thus the funds allocated for construction and development are running out and now the country is in dire straits. In this situation, it not seems to be difficult but impossible for the center government to provide employment to the educated unemployed youth as per their claims and promises being made by them.

All J&K Youth Federation Executive Committee Member urged upon the Jammu Kashmir administration to monitor and overcome their negligence and mismanagement, providing job opportunities on ground level not on papers and demanded appropriate youth policy for the youth of the nation considering every aspect of the society which will lead to a economic grown nation. And appealed the Hon’able Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to clear issue of all the pending selection lists, conduct all the pending written tests and interviews, and fill all the vacant posts in every government department as early as possible so that the educated unemployed youth will take some sigh of relief.
