Jammu, Jun 29: Quoting Jammu Based (Daily Jammu Jottings) they said Why has not the then Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board acted on the complaint made by aspirants of JE Civil? What was the intention of the then Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board as he took the very serious complaint in a casual manner? What was the compulsion stopping the then chairman Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board to examine the complaint? These are some serious burning issues to be examined and the Inquiry committee must keep these quarries in their mind too.
The issue is that the aspirants of JE has appeared for CBT exams from October 27 to November 30, 2021 but they have felt some unfairness in conduction of the exam and approached to the then chairman with some evidences. The main evidence was that the then controller of Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board has confessed that the information regarding Roll No slips of candidates of JKSSB has been leaked 48 hours prior to it was uploaded on the website of the Board.
The aspirants, three to four times, have met with the then chairman and apprised him about the suspected unfairness held in the CBT exam but the callous attitude of the then chairman indirectly lead a big scam in JKP SI and it forced the Lt Governor to intervene and announce an Inquiry Committee headed by Financial Secretary (Additional Chief Secretary) Home Department RK Goyal IAS which is the most honest officer of the J&K administration. Now the issue is that the leakage of secret information from the JKSSB was a serious concern and it should be plugged at that time but the chairman has not paid heed to the leakage.
The aspirants had tried the best to stop unfairness in the conduction of written test but no one from Board has taken this issue seriously. In the CBT test of JE there was new type of modus oprendi was opted and it was ‘System Mirroring Software’ controls the all those computers in which it has been downloaded and then it has been attached with any outsiders computers. The person who is sitting outside operates all those computers at the same time, have been connected and the aspirants who is sitting on the system has to do nothing but from the outside his test got attempted. This can be detected by a Cyber expert and all those who were connected through System Mirroring Software can easily be detected.
The aggrieved aspirants have filed an complaint on 15-03-2022 vide receiot no 7012 but all in vain as there was no one to take the complaint against the unfair process. ( Copy From Jammu Based Daily Jammu Jottings)
