Enquiry in FAA written test is justified and will expose scammers

Jammu, Jul 11: Quoting Jammu Based news paper Jammu Jottings in a article they said Why the thorough investigation in case of FAA and JE is mandatory by the Enquiry Committee as it has enquired in the case of JKP SI written test? What are the flaws in the case of FAA written test? Why are the maximum aspirants demanding a probe into FAA written test conducted by Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd outsourced by JKSSB? Why has the JKSSB hired the Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd to conduct written test when it banned by some departments and states? These are some serious concerns which are irritating in the brain of everyone and these queries need be addressed by the government and especially by the JKSSB.
The aspirants of JKP SI were demanding the probe in the rigging of written test and the Enquiry Committee has probed it and it has been substantiated that on mass level rigging has been done and the enquiry committee has recommended the cancellation of written test and the Lt Governor has conceded the recommendations and cancelled the JKP SI written test, which has deflated the dreams of many people but at last honesty prevailed on dishonesty.


There are reports that Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd has been banned by Oil & Natural gas Corporation (ONGC) on several irregularities wreaked by the Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd during recruitment process. Whereas the PGI has also banned Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd as it could not serve the purpose properly. There are reports that Jharkhand government too banned Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd as it failed to do the job properly. In the case of Mumbai University the performance of Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd has been remained dubious and so the case was sent to the then Governor of Maharashtra.


In the case of ONGC the Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd has approached the Delhi High Court vide case title Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd versus Oil & natural Gas Corporation WP(C) 1936/2015 and the date of judgement 22-05-2019 and the court supported the ONGC and whereas Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd lost the case.

In another case title Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd versus PGI case No CWP 919 of 2015 in High Court of Punjab & Haryana Chandigarh the PGI stand was vindicated and Merit Trac Service Pvt Ltd lost its case on 07-04-2015.


Besides these there are many flaws which indicate that the mass level rigging and irregularities have been wreaked in the written test of FAA and JE and so the government has forced to hand over the case to the Enquiry Committee to probe it.
There are reports that bank transactions can be checked that why some days prior to FAA written test the several transactions were made as in other months the transactions are minimal. Moreover some qualified aspirants academic track is very poor and one of the FAA qualified aspirants has taken eleven years to pass his graduation from IGNOU after qualifying his 12th class. These are several leads which can help the Enquiry Committee to enquire in depth in this case.
