On 09/08/2021, Police station Dangiwacha received an order from hon’ble court of law for lodging of fir against chief editor Kashmir crown Shahid Imran and correspondent Kashmir crown Ashiq Mir. On this, case fir 145/2021 under sections 384, 385, 506 (1) 420 and 120B IPC, was registered in ps Dangiwacha.
During course of investigation one accused namly Ashiq Salam Mir S/O AB Salam Mir R/O Bagh Islam Baramulla was arrested on 26/08/2021 and today on 27/08/2021 Kashmir Crown editor Shahid Imran Ganie S/O Gh Mohammad Ganie R/O Ruhama Rafiabad was formally arrested. The investigation is going on.
