1. B.E. /B. Tech. in ECE or relevant degree; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
2. M. E. /M. Tech /M. S. in related field preferably with specialization in Microelectronics or who have done Major project related to Microelectronics / Device Physics, Semiconductors; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
