Here is a golden opportunity for those looking to serve the country. The Indian Navy has announced applications for the position of Artificer Apprentice (AA) and Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR).
Keep in mind, only unmarried male candidates can apply for this position. The batch will commence from February 2022 and the last date to apply for the post is October 25.
As per the notification, 10,000 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in classes 10 and 12. Candidates will have to take a written test and go through physical and medical tests. Once the candidate clears all the tests, he will be eligible for the posting.
Through this recruitment drive, the Indian Navy is looking to fill in 2,500 vacancies for both the posts out of which 500 are for Artificer Apprentice (AA) posts and 2,000 for Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) posts.

For the position of the Artificer Apprentice (AA), the candidate should have passed class 12 with 60 per cent marks or above in any one of the subjects Chemistry/Biology/Computer in addition to Mathematics and Physics.
For the position of Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR), the applicant should have passed class 12 with any one of the subjects of Science / Biology / Computer in addition to Mathematics and Physics.
