Jammu, Dec 29: What is happening in the corridor of the JK Service Selection Board? Who will make the JK Service Selection Board a faultless institution? Why the people of J&K in general and youth of J&K in particular losing trust on JK Service Selection Board? Is it possible that JK Service Selection Board will get its lost glory near in future or it will be turned in a den of malpractices? Is it deliberate attempt to get the answer key leaked earlier than scheduled date or by mistake? These are some typical questions being irritated in the mind of people and it is legitimate right of the JKSSB to quench the quarries.
It is very unfortunate on the part of the JK Service Selection Board that no any exam has been conducted smoothly, which is matter serious concern and the future of youth has been pushed in the dark by JKSSB. The answer key was supposed to be released when it was scheduled to release but the same has been released earlier, which has upset the aspirants badly.
The aspirants of Udhampur district have protested against the leakage of the answer key and they expressed that the JKSSB has pushed their career in pal of gloom but they are helpless in this concern. The aspirants are very anxious that the JKSSB have been rejuvenated after the cancellation of selection list of JKP SI, FAA, JE (Civil) and others by the Lt Governor of Jammu & Kashmir but it seem that JK SSB officers have not learnt an iota from the past experience and running on the same grid.
It was expected by one and all that the JKSSB has improved its performance and worth in recruitment process for which the board has been created solely for recruitment but it is being guessed that sitting officers of the JKSSB could not serve its purpose and it is duty of government to show door to these officers who seems to be unserious towards their job, so the government must overhaul the board. The leaked answer key was circulated in the whataspp number of aspirants and no one knows that when the answer key was leaked and how much have been benefitted out of this. There should be proper investigation to reach out the person who leaked the answer key.
The chairman of the board said that JKSSB has taken the leaking issue very seriously and the report in this concern has been sought from the concern company which has been engaged for conduction of the exam. It is pertinent to mention that when the contract was awarded to the said company, it was pained to see that the said company was a blacklisted company and hoping best from a blacklisted company is like a miracle.
Mentioning about the third party audit, the chairman JKSSB said he has ensured for third party audit and that will reveal the truth in this concern. The chairman is very serious in this concern to conduct the faultless exam for recruitment but alone his efforts are not sufficient so everyone in the board has to put efforts in this concern.
