In a tweet Director MeT Sonam Lotus said “Cloudy with possibility of light rain/snowfall at scattered places in plains of J&K & Scattered places of Ladakh (Light to moderate over higher reaches)likely (60% chance) during 25(evening) -27(forenoon).
