Property Tax In J&K, Govt issues notification

J&K Govt issues notification and Formula for levy of Property Tax in Jammu and Kashmir.

1. Short title and commencement. (1) These rules shall be called Jammu and
Kashmir Property Tax (Other Municipalities) Rules, 2023.

(2) These shall come into force from 1s of April, 2023.
