MINIMUM COMPETENCY:
Effective communication Skills (Oral & written), basic computing skills, technical competency, soft skills, facilitation skills. The candidate should be domicile of J&K UT.
Age Limit – 18-37 years (As on 01-Jan-2023). Age relaxation to be provided as per Govt rules.
