IMD issues Red Warning For J&K, Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall predicts during next 36 hours

𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙒𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙅&𝙆(7.1.22)@4PM:  𝙄𝙈𝘿 𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝙍𝙀𝘿 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧( 𝘽𝙚 𝙑𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩) 𝙒𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙅&𝙆 𝙛𝙤𝙧 7𝙩𝙝 𝙅𝙖𝙣:  Currently,  Snowing at  Most places of Kmr and Hilly area of JMU and Rain at a few places of JMU region.

 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙩:  Expect Further  increase in Rain/Snow intensity as the day progresses with Main Intensity of Heavy to Very HVY Rain/Snow during 7th(Night) &8th. Gradual Improvement from 9th Morning  onwards in J&K.               

 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙨:                1.May affect Surface(7th &8th) & Air Transportation on 8th.                  2. May cause Avalanche/Landslide in vulnerable spots.

People are once again requested NOT to venture in Avalanche Prone Area( Our data shows that Most Avalanches triggered during Intense Heavy Snowfall)                                         2. Follow Traffic Advisory Seriously                                          3. Maintain Proper Ventilation of your Rooms.
